Today’s word must be “indecision” (although I’m not sure). I expect pocket to win, it has instant giggle appeal. But burden wins for me because it's more cruel.
I agree with Josephs sentiments - but am going for pissed because it's obvious and I laughed rather than cringed!
Approaching, as I am, my dotage, and preferring pissing my pocket to being a burden...

Definitely pocket-pissing, because it's gross visually (grandpa's penis flopping pocket-side), and rings of the various smells caused by old people. Whenever you can have a dictionary entry that touches on more senses than just sight, you have a winning dictionary entry.
I voted pocket, because of the expression on Grampa's face, but burden seems to be winning.
I love burden.
Burden, as well as being dark and cruel, is unfortunately more realistic. Not that old people don't piss in their pants... they do, but that is usually filed in the "burden" drawer.
I voted for burden. The vulgarity in the second one seems out of place for a children's dictionary.

I thought he was doing something else through his pocket..., that's the way the first pervert I ever saw ('cept my dear parents) exposed himself to me when I was 8 years old.
I also kinda liked the idea that he had removed his jacket and pissed in it, enjoying the wetness and ammonia goodness when he put it back on.
I don't think you people have had very nice childhoods!

I took away something entirely different as he appeared to be holding a small intestine in his bloody hands. Although pocket could easily work.
pocket - A pocket is a pouch in an item of clothing.
After stuffing his pockets with entrails, Ed realized this was an inefficient way to dispose of the remains.

I think burden should definitely be the winner here. While the piss one is funny, the burden one definitely follows along with the theme of this website!
