Spotted!
In case you missed ’em, here are a couple of real-life My First Dictionary oddities spotted by readers. First, Snoise shared this strangely creepy snippet, spotted on an old schoolhouse wall in Dorset... Just what has the lady got in her hand? And why does it have that effect on the boy? Then, the wonderfully-named Half Mum Half Biscuit found this half-funny, half-depressing description of a very large man, which she’s posted on her blog along with some other gently melancholy pages concerning a parachute jump. It looks like the grocer is letting her examine a can of something. Maybe someone else sees the object to her left that almost looks like it could be her arm extended to the boys face, holding a small pouch, but it is items on the shelf behind, not her hand. Should I have drunk the punch before I looked at this? :X
